The mobile application KiteChat (hereinafter referred to as "KiteChat") is committed to using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy to deliver more precise and tailored services. KiteChat promises to handle this information with utmost care and diligence. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, KiteChat will not disclose or share this information with third parties without your prior consent. 1. Application Scope

• Personal registration details you provide when setting up a KiteChat account, as required by KiteChat.
• When you use KiteChat network services, KiteChat automatically receives and logs information from your mobile device, which may include but is not limited to your IP address, device model, language settings, access date and time, device specifications, and related activity logs.
• KiteChat may request access to your camera for video chats, microphone for video chats and recordings, storage to save videos locally, and notifications for chat alerts. Consent will be sought upon initial access.

For camera use and AR video chat functionalities, we do not store, record, or upload such data to any server, nor do we share it with third parties. Data is immediately erased after completing the virtual model's processing.

2. Use of Information

We strictly comply with laws, regulations, and our user agreements, employing the collected information for the following purposes. Should we need to use your information beyond these stated purposes, we will explain why and obtain your consent.

• Upon obtaining your data, KiteChat uploads it to the server to enhance personalized services. This includes using third-party login information for authentication, device information for future logins, and camera or microphone details for video chat. KiteChat does not store any camera, microphone, or related media data on the server; such data is only utilized for real-time transmission.
• KiteChat operators reserve the right to review, supervise, and process user behaviors and information while users utilize KiteChat services. This may include account information, personal details, virtual profiles, published content, and platform activity necessary for service operations and safety.
• To enhance your experience and improve our services or other agreed purposes, we may use information collected from one service for others, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• For service security and to better understand our application's functionality, we may log app usage frequency, errors, overall usage, performance metrics, and application sources. This analytical data will not be combined with any personal identification information you provide in the application.
